Pole is a five-star boutique hotel located in a picturesque birch grove above the Nerl River, just 5 minutes from Suzdal, one of the most picturesque cities on Russia's Golden Ring. Guests can choose from 26 cottages of various categories: from spacious, snow-white suites for two (49 square meters) to two-story, natural-wood executive cottages (205 square meters) with private steam rooms, terraces, and barbecue areas. Panoramic windows blur the boundaries between interior and exterior, while natural materials emphasize the philosophy of eco-friendliness and delicate integration with the surrounding environment. Each cottage is imbued with texture and character: signature decor, hand-woven carpets, and crystal chandeliers in rocaille style. The hotel's culinary offerings include the eponymous "Pole" restaurant, where traditional Russian cuisine blends harmoniously with modern cooking techniques.
BRIEF
As part of the «PR Representative» package and accordance with the approved annual PR strategy, at the beginning of summer season there was a challenge to initiate additional coverage opportunity to create the perception of the hotel as an independent and worth visiting tourist attraction in Suzdal thought personal acquaintance with the spot.
To implement the goal SEA Company has organized press tour from June 30 till July 3, 2026 featuring journalists from leading glossy and business media outlets. The aim of press tour was to showcase the hotel's concept and facilities to generate editorial materials.

REALISATION
A list of media for the invitation has been prepared and agreed with the hotel. It included and was attended by Forbes, in-flight magazine Aeroflot, Marie Claire, Snob, Marie Claire Maison, Grazia, Lenta.ru, Interior+Design.
SEA Company has ensured the full coordination of the press tour: from invitation of journalists to accompanying participants 24/7. Afterwards all necessary information for publications – press releases, photo content – has been prepared and provided to the journalists.

RESULT
1. The top officials of the leading Russian media took part in the press tour.
2. For the systematic and regular appearance of information about the hotel, the PR publication plan after the press tour was planned for the next 3 months.
3. Performance indicators: total AVE amounted to more than 58 873 euros, the OTS index was more than 78 144 406 million people. The cost of organization amounted to less than 10% of AVE when calculated based on internal costs at open-market rates, and less than 3% when taking into account direct costs only.
As a result, the press tuor became more than a one-off PR initiative; it served as a tool for maintaining the boutique hotel Pole’s sustained presence in the national media landscape, with follow-up communications planned in advance.
