CONSENT
to the processing of personal data

1. General provisions

1.1. This Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") of LLC "S.E.A. Company" (MSRN 5 137 746 162 032, TAX ID 7 728 864 231) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") regulates the relationship between the Operator and the Subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "User of the website") related to the processing of personal data of the Subject.
1.2. This Consent is applied in conjunction with the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy posted on the Operator’s Website. sea-company.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
1.3. This Consent has been drawn up in accordance with:
● Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 152—FZ);

5.2. The Operator performs the following actions with the Subject’s personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

6. Terms and procedure of personal data processing

6.1. Personal data is processed by the Operator until it is revoked.
6.2. Personal data is stored electronically on the servers of the Operator and/or its authorized persons.
6.3. The Operator undertakes to ensure the confidentiality and security of the Subject’s personal data in accordance with the requirements of Articles 7, 19 of Law No. 152-FZ.
6.4. Upon achievement of the processing objectives or in case of loss of the need to achieve these objectives, personal data will be destroyed or depersonalized, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

7. Rights of the Personal data Subject

7.1. The subject of personal data has the right to:
● Receive information regarding the processing of his personal data.
● Request clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if they are incomplete, outdated, unreliable, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.
● Revoke this Consent at any time.
● Demand the termination of the processing of personal data if they are processed in violation of the law.
● Appeal the actions/omissions of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor).
● Apply to the court with a claim for the protection of the rights of the personal data subject.
7.2. In order to exercise its rights, the Subject sends a written statement to the Operator (by mail or by e-mail) indicating:
● Full name of the Subject;
● contact information for feedback;
● the essence of the requirement (clarification, blocking, destruction, withdrawal of consent);
● Dates and signatures.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

8.1. The personal data subject has the right to revoke this Consent at any time in one of the following ways:

The operator is obliged to stop processing personal data and exclude them from its systems within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the revocation of consent, except in cases where data processing continues on other legal grounds (contract performance, legal requirements) (Part 2 of Article 9 of Law No. 152-FZ).
8.3. In case of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data in order to fulfill obligations under concluded contracts and comply with the requirements of tax legislation (art. 23 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).

9. Operator’s responsibility

9.1. The Operator is responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations to protect personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. The Operator undertakes to take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions (art. 19 of Law No. 152-FZ).
9.3. In case of violation of obligations, the Operator is liable in accordance with Chapter 11 of Law No. 152-FZ (administrative liability under Article 13.11 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

10. Final provisions

10.1. This Consent, provided by filling out a form on the Website and marking the appropriate field (checkbox) by the user, is considered to have been provided in writing and is recognized as equivalent to a handwritten consent in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", as well as paragraph 2 of Article 160 and paragraph 3 of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
10.2. By giving this Consent, the Subject confirms that:
● is familiar with this Consent, understands its content and gives consent voluntarily, without coercion;
● the personal data provided is reliable and legally belongs to him;
● has reached the age of 18 (if not reached, consent is given by a legal representative).
10.3. The Operator has the right to amend this Consent unilaterally by publishing a new version on the Website. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication. Continued use of the Site after the new version comes into force means acceptance of its terms.
