Organization of sales call in Russia with B2B clients for a Turkish hotel

CVK Park Bosphorus, The Luxury Hotel of CVK Hotels & Resort Group, is a five–star hotel in the center of Istanbul and the heir to the luxury of the magnificent century of the Ottoman Empire, located in the historical center of the city in Taksim Gumusuyu district on the site of the legendary Park Hotel. The hotel has 382 modern rooms, including the largest Presidential Suite in Turkey with an area of 850 square meters, as well as 68 fully equipped apartments for long-term stays in the detached building CVK Park Prestige with an area of 45 to 950 square meters. The hotel's infrastructure includes 3 restaurants and 2 lounge bars, Istanbul's largest SPA and wellness center, as well as a MICE space of over 5,000 square meters.

BRIEF

As part of the "Sales representative" package, the SEA Company sales department monitors sales statistics from the Russian and CIS markets on a monthly basis. Based on quarterly, semi-annual or annual results, a list of companies is formed with whom additional work is required to increase the number of bookings, and a list of companies with whom it is worthwhile to maintain the current sales volume (customer loyalty).

SOLUTION

For the next sales call, based on the results of work for 2025, the hotel chose the most effective option for communicating with B2B customers, namely "Organizing business meetings", which were scheduled for February 2026. The purpose of this event is to discuss the expansion of cooperation and increase the volume of hotel services provided by customers.

REALISATION

The analysis of the statistics of sales of hotel services from B2B customers from Russia for 2025 was carried out in order to determine the list of companies with whom meetings are needed to strengthen sales.

11 meetings were organized and held within 3 working days with the largest MICE and business travel agencies, corporate clients and tour operators, including: Aero Club, Soleans Swiss, Kazunion by Rustar, Ab Club Mice, Loti, FUN&SUN, Karlson Tourism, Russian Express, AMA Concierge, Transtour, Carpe Diem.

Following the meetings, updated presentation materials were prepared and sent to B2B customers.

RESULTS

All qualitative KPIs of the project were fulfilled in full, the SEA Company sales department team prepared a detailed report based on the results of the meetings with preliminary agreements and direct contacts of all B2B partners, and an email correspondence was initiated on the details of cooperation.

Agreements have been reached to expand cooperation with existing large MICE customers, and closer cooperation has been established with luxury concierge services within the framework of the existing partnership.

During the presentations, a request was received for corporate group accommodation (70 rooms/nights in April 2026), and a free webinar was agreed upon for the presentation of the travel hotel to agents of a major tour operator.
