In the fall of 2025, construction of the second phase of the all-season “Zavidovo” resort was completed. It includes 3 new hotels with a total capacity of 1,130 rooms, a congress hall, a picturesque promenade with restaurants and shops, and Russia's largest indoor water park, covering 20,000 square meters and featuring swimming pools, children's areas, and water attractions. All new facilities form a unique architectural ensemble, united by a single shopping gallery. Given the scale of the project and the exponential increase in room capacity, the resort's management turned to SEA Company for additional PR support for the launch and rapid occupancy growth of all new facilities.

To address this request, a decision was made to launch a “PR Representative” package. This ensures regular brand presence in the media, creates a positive image of the resort and its facilities among the target audience, and increases its visibility, thereby contributing to increased occupancy.

The first stage of the project involved announcing the opening of the resort's new hotels and water park in federal glossy and industry media, as well as generating event press releases to ensure the resort's hotels are featured in editorial coverage.

The second stage of the project involves intensifying engagement with bloggers and opinion leaders to increase the resort's visibility through social media.
