Organization of a press tour to the Grand Hotel Ekaterinodar
Grand Hotel Ekaterinodar is a five-star boutique hotel located in a historical building on the main street of Krasnodar in close proximity to cultural attractions and iconic places of the city. One of the values of the hotel's team is respect and preservation of history. That is why the name of the hotel combines the best components of the world's grand hotels, where living as itself becomes a special experience. The hotel offers 20 designer rooms of various categories. The interior design is made in a classic style using antique elements.
Following the philosophy of a special personalized service, the concierge service is available to guests, who can book transfers, theater tickets, restaurant tables, organize a city tour and fulfill any other requests at any time of the day or night. The gastronomy of the hotel is represented by the traditional "southern" cuisine in the Grusha restaurant, the chef of which focuses on the Kuban gastronomic traditions in a new interpretation and an unusual presentation.
BRIEF
As part of the «PR Representative» package and the implementation of PR goals for 2024, a chamber press tour was initiated with the support of the regional administration with the participation of on-board, glossy and business media of Russia. The purpose of the press tour is to present a new hotel and opportunities for recreation in the region during the summer.
REALISATION
1. A detailed program of the press tour has been prepared, designed for 4 nights/5 days, including sightseeing tours and gastronomy. 2. A list of media outlets for the invitation has been prepared and agreed with the hotel. Aeroflot, Gazeta.ru, GRAZIA, Aeroflot Premium, Marie Claire, The DAY journalists took part in the press-tour. 3. Full coordination of the press tour is provided: inviting journalists, buying tickets, accompanying participants 24/7. 4. All necessary information for publications - press releases, pictures – has been prepared and provided to the participants of the press tour.
RESULT
1. The leading Russian federal media took part in the press tour. 2. For the systematic and regular appearance of information about the hotel, the PR publication plan after the press tour was planned for the next 3 months. 3. Performance indicators: AVE according to the results of the press tour amounted to more than 40 000 euros, the OTS index was more than 42 million people, the organization costs amounted to less than 10% of AVE.
