Organization of a press tour of the Russian media for the Istanbul hotel
CVK Park Bosphorus, The Luxury Hotel of CVK Hotels & Resort Group is a five–star hotel in the center of Istanbul and the heir to the luxury of the magnificent century of the Ottoman Empire, located in the historical center of the city in Taksim Gumusuyu district on the site of the legendary Park Hotel. The hotel has 382 modern rooms, including the largest Presidential Suite in Turkey with an area of 850 square meters, as well as 68 fully equipped apartments for long-term stays in the detached building CVK Park Prestige with an area of 45 to 950 square meters. The hotel's infrastructure includes 3 restaurants and 2 lounge bars, Istanbul's largest SPA and wellness center, as well as a MICE spaces of over 5,000 square meters.
BRIEF
As part of the «PR Representative» package and in order to strengthen the hotel's media presence in the Russian information field, a press tour was initiated with the participation of journalists from reputable and highly cited Russian media outlets in April 2024. The purpose of the press tour is to announce the cultural, leisure and gastronomic opportunities of the hotel and the city. The Turkish Agency for the Promotion and Development of Tourism acted as a partner of the press tour.
REALISATION
1. The detailed press tour program has been prepared for 3 nights/4 days, including sightseeing tours and gastronomy. 2. The list of media for the invitation has been prepared and agreed with the hotel. Robb Report, Grazia, Men Today (ex. Men's Health Russia), The Voice (ex. Cosmopolitan Russia), Aeroflot Premium, BURO., TheDay, RBC Style took place in the press-tour. 3. Full coordination of the press tour is provided: inviting journalists, buying tickets, accompanying participants 24/7. 4. All the necessary information for publications - press releases and pictures – has been prepared and provided to the participants of the press tour.
RESULT
1. The top officials of the leading Russian media took part in the press tour. 2. For the systematic and regular appearance of information about the hotel, the PR publication plan after the press tour was planned for the next 4 months. 3. Performance indicators: AVE according to the results of the press tour amounted to more than 55 000 euro, the OTS index was more than 58 million people, the organization costs amounted to less than 1% of AVE.
