Organization of business meetings (sales call) with MICE clients from Russia
CVK Park Bosphorus, The Luxury Hotel of CVK Hotels & Resort Group, is a five–star hotel in the center of Istanbul and the heir to the luxury of the magnificent century of the Ottoman Empire, located in the historical center of the city in Taksim Gumusuyu district on the site of the legendary Park Hotel. The hotel has 382 modern rooms, including the largest Presidential Suite in Turkey with an area of 850 square meters, as well as 68 fully equipped apartments for long-term stays in the detached building CVK Park Prestige with an area of 45 to 950 square meters. The hotel's infrastructure includes 3 restaurants and 2 lounge bars, Istanbul's largest SPA and wellness center, as well as a MICE space of over 5,000 square meters.
BRIEF
As a result of the hotel’s performance in 2024, the number of MICE clients from Russia and the CIS countries staying at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul increased by 60.9%, marking a record high for the past several years. In light of this result, the hotel management set the objective of continuing to develop this business segment by arranging meetings with existing MICE clients to increase business volume, while also attracting new clients who actively use Istanbul as an event destination but currently choose other hotels.
SOLUTION
As part of the «Sales Representative in Russia and CIS» package and the approved 2025 sales strategy, SEA Company proposed organizing a series of personalized business meetings with leading MICE clients in Russia. When properly organized, this proactive sales tool goes far beyond simply presenting the hotel and establishing personal connections with key decision-makers. It also provides something that cannot be bought – trust and loyalty, which can ultimately be converted into tangible business opportunities in the future.
REALISATION
To implement the project, SEA Company’s sales team coordinated the dates for the CVK Park Bosphorus representative’s visit to Moscow, compiled and approved a schedule of meetings with 10 MICE clients over the course of three days. The meetings included representatives of MaxiMice, ITM Group, GG Marketing Communications, KMP Group, Space Travel, Alliance Avia, Continent Express, MegaFon, Creative Market, and Rusmice.
RESULTS

All qualitative and quantitative KPIs for the project were fully achieved. Following the meetings, SEA Company’s sales team prepared a detailed report outlining the outcomes of the negotiations, preliminary agreements reached, and direct contact details of B2B partner representatives. Follow-up email correspondence was also initiated to discuss the terms and details of potential cooperation.

As a result of the meetings, six inquiries were received and taken into consideration for accommodation of corporate groups and the organization of events at the hotel, with a total potential volume of more than 600 participants.
