Organization of business meetings (sales call) in Russia with tour operators
CVK Park Bosphorus, The Luxury Hotel of CVK Hotels & Resort Group, is a five–star hotel in the center of Istanbul and the heir to the luxury of the magnificent century of the Ottoman Empire, located in the historical center of the city in Taksim Gumusuyu district on the site of the legendary Park Hotel. The hotel has 382 modern rooms, including the largest Presidential Suite in Turkey with an area of 850 square meters, as well as 68 fully equipped apartments for long-term stays in the detached building CVK Park Prestige with an area of 45 to 950 square meters. The hotel's infrastructure includes 3 restaurants and 2 lounge bars, Istanbul's largest SPA and wellness center, as well as a MICE space of over 5,000 square meters.
BRIEF
As part of the «Sales Representative in Russia and CIS» package and the approved 2025 sales strategy, SEA Company’s sales team initiated and organized the hotel’s participation in Travelution 2025, one of the largest tourism forums in Russia and the CIS. Representatives of CVK Park Bosphorus also took part in the event’s business program. The hotel additionally requested that the Moscow visit be made as effective as possible. The client wanted to combine participation in the forum with a series of personalized meetings with key partners in order to generate new business, as well as develop and strengthen existing business relationships.
SOLUTION
To meet the client’s objectives, SEA Company proposed organizing a series of personalized business meetings with key tour operators as part of the «Sales Representative in Russia and CIS» package.
The meetings were scheduled on the eve of the main event, allowing the hotel’s representatives to make the most effective use of their visit to Moscow.

REALISATION
Over the course of four business days, SEA Company organized and conducted 12 meetings between CVK Park Bosphorus representatives and leading Russian tour operators, including Spectrum, Anex Tour, Art Tour, Russian Express, Space Travel, PAX, Coral Travel, Intourist, FUN&SUN, Unex, Click Voyage, and Ambotis Holidays. Following the meetings, updated hotel presentation materials were prepared and sent to the partners.
RESULTS

All qualitative and quantitative KPIs for the project were fully achieved. Following the meetings, SEA Company’s sales team prepared a detailed report outlining the outcomes of the negotiations, preliminary agreements reached, and direct contact details of B2B partner representatives. Follow-up email correspondence was also initiated to discuss the terms and details of potential cooperation.

As a result, the following agreements were reached:
- organization of three FAM trips for key agents of tour operators;
- promotion of the hotel on tour operators’ websites on a barter basis;
- provision of special benefits and privileges for partners to stimulate sales and increase booking volumes.
