MARKETING PACKAGING AND PR STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE WORKSHOP OF EFFECTIVE THINKING
NEICO is a creative workshop for efficient thinking. The company's mentors form, develop and train a person's ability to think freely, to free themselves from shackling stereotypes and stop-sets. The company conducts workshops based on the Israeli method teosintez.
Each of the workshops is focused on transferring knowledge about teosintez to a person with a view to its further independent application to achieve harmony in life and business.
In January 2022, SEA Company was approached by the founders of effective thinking workshop NEICO for consulting services on product marketing packaging and market activation strategy development.
PROBLEM
The main reason for contacting SEA Company specialists was the lack of a product and services formed and understandable to the final consumer, and as a result, the absence of any marketing materials. At the time of the consultation, NEICO had the author's developments and methodology of the founder of the company - their description existed in the form of scattered and unrelated presentations that were not suitable for commercial use and sale to final clients.
DECISION
In order to dive into the specifics of the NEICO product and develop an expert opinion, it was decided to conduct an internal audit in the form of a joint working week with an SEA Company expert visiting the NEICO office. As a result of the time spent, the top-level structure of NEICO was formed, a brief marketing positioning of the company was developed, as well as a short strategy for entering the market. Based on the results of the work done, NEICO chose the service "Marketing packaging of the product and development of a PR strategy".
REALISATION
The selected service was a continuation of the consultations already held. The SEA Company team created from scratch all marketing descriptions of the company's products and services, the method of its work, a script for a presentation video was written with its subsequent implementation.
A complete analysis of competitors and the target audience was carried out, a detailed sales structure for the company's services was drawn, a CRM system was selected and configured, as well as a virtual PBX. A system for processing incoming leads was defined and a pricing policy was agreed with a focus on meeting financial indicators from the business plan agreed with the project investor.
Under the guidance of SEA Company consultants, a detailed guidebook, presentation and other niche marketing materials were created that are necessary for the further work of NEICO.
At the final stage, a detailed PR plan was created for the native entry of the NEICO brand into the market, covering the required target audience.
RESULTS
The final report on the "Product Marketing Package" included all the materials necessary for launching the company: from marketing positioning to a detailed description of each of the services, as well as press materials. The plan of PR and marketing activities was fully adopted at the reporting meeting and submitted for further implementation to SEA Company specialists.
