PR representative of the all-season SPA resort Miracleon

Miracleon is an all-season SPA resort on the Black Sea coast, located on 50 hectares of a unique arboretum in a picturesque part of Anapa, one of the best balneological resort towns in the world. Combining the international level of comfort, premium service and southern hospitality of the Krasnodar region, Miracleon offers holidays in the Mediterranean climate for families with children, couples and groups of friends of all ages.
The resort's infrastructure is represented by six modern 4* and 5* level hotels, which can comfortably accommodate more than 8,000 people in rooms and suites of various categories, as well as in private residences with personal butler service. The main feature of the resort is the round–the-clock SPA complexes, where during the daytime you can get a variety of cosmetic and care rituals, undergo wellness procedures, and at night enjoy the warmth and comfort of multi-level thermal zones.

BRIEF

Based on the results of PR and marketing packaging conducted in the fall of 2024, as well as taking into account changes in positioning and plans for strategic infrastructure expansion, the resort management decided on the need to raise awareness among the target audience through the development and implementation of a PR strategy.

SOLUTION

In order to implement the request, it was decided to start work on the "PR representative" package, which allows for the regular presence of the brand in the media space, creates a correct understanding of the resort among the target audience and increases its recognition.

REALISATION

The first stage in the implementation of the service package was the formation of the resort's PR strategy for 2025, including the identification of key messages and communication channels, a plan for PR and marketing activities based on the budget and the situation related to the emergency in the region.

At the second stage, after the approval of the PR strategy, SEA Company specialists carry out PR and marketing activities on a monthly basis, including generating information events, ensuring the publication of editorial publications in the format of articles, news and reviews in federal, regional and industry media, organizing individual and group press visits, participation in awards and more.

47 publications about the resort have been published in federal, regional and industry media, of which: 3 interviews, 9 editorial articles, 16 editorial news, 19 editorial reviews. The AVE indicator was 117 987 euro

The press tour was organized for representatives of the federal media in order to present the resort and its recreational opportunities during the summer season. The following took part in the press tour: Interfax, Lenta.ru , Grazia, U Magazine, People Talk, TheDay, Psychologies, Woman.ru.

Individual visits of journalists are provided, including Russian Traveler, TheVOICE, Men Today and others.

The resort became the winner of the annual Travel Time Awards in the nomination "The best Russian SPA and wellness Resort".

The media index of the resort has increased by 78.12% compared to the same period last year.
