· each hotel is represented by one slide in the general presentation of SEA Company hotels. On the slide, we highlight the key indicators of each hotel (number of rooms and categories, its mice facilities, number and theme of restaurants, availability of SPA and additional services), as well as USP (Unique Sales Points);
· upon return, we create a summary table of meetings, where we provide not only contacts of participants of business meetings, but also a brief summary of the potential and the specific of cooperation between each agency and each hotel;
· after that, our representative sends a follow-up letter with the full presentations of the hotels to all agencies (with whom the business meetings were held) and introduces the hotel representatives directly (thereby creating a "warm" contact and contributing the start of direct cooperation between the hotel and the agency);
· we provide the hotel with an overview of the region's market, where we update cooperation trends, specific, demand and other essential information every year.
