"RUSSIA-CHINA: KEY ISSUES": A BILINGUAL PLATFORM OF THE FUTURE
In 2017, the Chinese Culture Center in Moscow hosted the launch ceremony of the mobile application «Russia-China: key issues» in Russian and Chinese languages. The founders of the project were the International Radio of China and the International News Agency Russia Today.
Mobile application «Russia-China: key issues» is a product of innovative cooperation, developed on the basis of integration of the strengths of mass media and full consideration of the requests of the audience of both countries.
Mobile application «Russia-China: key issues» is an easy-to-use platform that allows you to quickly learn all the relevant information about the life of the two countries. The application is divided into the following categories:

Mobile application «Russia-China: key issues» is an easy-to-use platform that allows you to quickly learn all the relevant information about the life of the two countries. The application is divided into the following categories:
- News is the main news of Russia and China;
- Video is publication of the main video stories from the news of the two countries;
- Radio is online broadcast of the International Radio of China;
- Tourism is a section with information on interesting places and the event calendar of Russia and China;
- Live broadcast is coverage of the main cultural and national events of the two countries;
- Science and technology is the search system of scientific and technical information of Russia and China;
- Diplomatic information is a section with contact details of embassies and consulates of the two countries in Russia and China.
The application also integrates an online translator from Chinese into Russian and from Russian into Chinese, which makes communication between citizens of the two countries more convenient.
Wang Gengnian as the General Director of the International Radio of China stressed in his speech that the mobile application «Russia-China: key issues» is a complex media platform in the Chinese and Russian languages that combined a number of functions. From the point of view of content, the emphasis in the appendix is made on information messages about bilateral relations of our countries.
«The «Russia-China: the key issues» is a direct response to the request of the public of both countries. We have created an information channel linking countries, guaranteeing interaction, which, in turn, is an important factor in the world stability and development of our economies, our societies and our civilizations», said Dmitry Kiselev, General Director of the Russia Today.
In addition, «Russia-China: key issues» will be interesting not only to mature people, but also to the younger generation, as in the appendix are placed not only the main political news of both countries, but also cultural and educational, that will allow Russian and Chinese citizens more learn about each other, imbued with the culture and life of a friendly country.
