SEA Company will make the PR and marketing packaging of the new hotel complex in the center of Voronezh

Country vacation in the city center is the concept of a new hotel in the heart of the Voronezh Sea, which the owners want to implement by the end of 2022 and welcome the first guests in December.

To date, the construction of the hotel complex is at the final stage, the finishing of houses and landscaping are being carried out. However, there is no general marketing positioning, categories of houses (rooms) are not defined and there is no press packaging necessary for further interaction with the target audience through various communication channels. Since this is the first hotel property of the owners, there is also no basic documentation for opening a hotel, including accommodation rules, registration forms and questionnaires for guests, and other operational documents.
