The year-round mountain resort Altai Palace and SEA Company have signed an additional agreement effective July 1, 2025, appointing SEA Company as the official
sales representative for the Maralnik Altai Palace hotel. The partnership aims to strengthen the hotel’s presence and promotion in the B2B market.
“The rapid emergence of new accommodation facilities in recent years requires special attention from the commercial departments of hotels and resorts. Today, it’s not enough to simply build new rooms and wait for incoming requests from clients. A few years ago, tour operators, MICE agencies, and other corporate clients—those who generate stable revenue year-round—used to actively search for new and interesting destinations for their customers. Now the market in many segments is oversaturated with offers. Success belongs to those who act, not wait. And that’s exactly what we intend to do,” said Olimpia Anurieva, Head of sales department at SEA Company.
Maralnik Altai Palace is located in a pristine protected area of the Altai Region, a place seemingly created by nature itself to restore balance and inner strength. One of the resort’s unique features is its own maral-breeding farm, home to over 1,000 noble deer, which are considered symbols of health and longevity in Altai culture.
The hotel’s infrastructure includes 26 modern chalets and villas, a Medical SPA and wellness center, the “Derevnya” (Village) restaurant-museum, a horse stable, a deer park, a 24-hour reception with a farm shop, as well as a traditional Russian wood-fired banya, a BBQ zone, and a 2.7 km eco-trail. Guests can enjoy 24-hour butler service and full access to the infrastructure of all resorts within the Altai Palace complex. For added comfort, a complimentary shuttle service operates between the properties.
