CONSENT
to receive informational and promotional newsletters

1. General provisions

1.1. This Consent to receive informational and promotional newsletters (hereinafter referred to as Consent) of LLC «S.E.A. Company» (MSRN 5137746162032, TAX ID 7728864231) (hereinafter referred to as the «Operator») regulates the relations between the Operator (the person carrying out the newsletter) and the Subject of Personal data (the person receiving the newsletter) related to sending informational and advertising messages to the latter.
1.2. This Consent is applied in conjunction with the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data posted on the Operator's Website. http://sea-company.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
1.3. This Consent has been drawn up in accordance with:
● Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data";
● Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising";
● Federal Law No. 126-FZ dated 07.07.2003 "On Communications".

3.1. The personal data subject gives his voluntary, informed and informed consent to the Operator for:

3.2. Types of mailings that a Subject can receive:
● news about the activities of the Operator, clients and partners of the Operator;
● information about services, products, promotions, discounts and special offers;
● Invitations to events (webinars, seminars, presentations, open lessons);
● information about the status of orders and services;
● information about the results of contests, surveys and promotions;
● other information related to the activities of the Operator and the Operator's partners.
3.3. The distribution of messages can be carried out both by the Operator and by third parties involved by him (email mailing services, SMS aggregators), subject to compliance with the requirements of the legislation on personal data.

4. Procedure for obtaining consent

4.1. Consent is considered to have been obtained when the Personal Data Subject performs an active action on the Operator's Website, namely:
● marking (ticks) in the corresponding field (checkbox) with the text: "I agree to receive informational and promotional newsletters";
● clicking the "Subscribe" or "Send" button;
● sending a feedback / request / order form if there is a text next to the send button about consent to the processing of personal data and to receive the newsletter.
4.2. Consent is considered informed if the Subject has been given the opportunity to review this Consent before receiving it (by posting a link to the full text on the Website).
4.3. Consent is considered specific if it defines the purposes of processing personal data and the list of actions of the Operator (sending newsletters).
4.4. Records of obtaining Consent (date, time, IP address, version of Consent) are stored by the Operator for the entire duration of the Consent.

5. Validity period and withdrawal of consent

5.1. This Consent comes into force from the moment it is received by the Operator (the date of the Subject's active action) and is valid until it is revoked in accordance with the procedure provided for in clause 5.2 of this Consent.
5.2. The personal data subject has the right to revoke this Consent at any time in one of the following ways:
5.3. Within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the review, the Operator is obliged to stop sending mailings to the Subject and exclude his contact information from the mailing databases.
5.4. Upon withdrawal of Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data for other purposes provided for by law and the Personal Data Processing Policy, including to fulfill contractual obligations.
5.5. In each message sent, the Subject is given the opportunity to instantly unsubscribe (the "Unsubscribe" button at the end of the letter), which is equivalent to withdrawing Consent for further mailings.

6. Rights and obligations of the Operator

6.1. The Operator undertakes to:
● send newsletters only if there is a valid Consent;
● do not share the Subject's contact information with third parties for mailing purposes, unless otherwise specified in this Consent and a separate consent has been obtained;
● provide the Subject with the opportunity to unsubscribe from the mailing list in each message;
● stop sending newsletters after receiving a withdrawal of Consent;
● ensure the confidentiality and security of the Subject's personal data (Articles 7, 19 of Law No. 152-FZ).
6.2. The operator has the right to:
● involve third parties (mailing services) to carry out mailings, subject to compliance with personal data protection requirements;
● change the content, volume and frequency of mailings without prior notification to the Subject;
● use the received contact information to send the newsletters specified in clause 3.2 of this Consent.
6.3. The Operator is not responsible for the inability to receive the newsletter for reasons beyond the Operator's control (blocking by telecom operators, technical failures, changing the Subject's contact information without notifying the Operator, etc.).

7. Rights of the Personal data Subject

7.1. The subject of personal data has the right to:
● Receive information regarding the processing of his personal data.
● Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, unreliable, or obtained illegally.
● Revoke Consent at any time.
● Request the termination of the processing of personal data for the purposes of advertising.

8. Final provisions

8.1. This Consent, provided by filling out a form on the Website and marking the appropriate field (checkbox) by the user, is considered to have been provided in writing and is recognized as equivalent to a handwritten consent in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", as well as paragraph 2 of Article 160 and paragraph 3 of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
8.2. By giving this Consent, the Subject confirms that:
● ознакомлен с настоящим Согласием, понимает его содержание и даёт согласие добровольно, без принуждения;
● предоставленные контактные данные являются достоверными и принадлежат ему на законных основаниях;
● достиг возраста 18 лет (в случае, если не достиг — согласие даётся законным представителем).
8.3. This Consent may be given for several purposes of personal data processing, and withdrawal of Consent for one of the purposes does not terminate processing for other purposes if there are other legal grounds for this (contract, law).
