Organization service included:

  • Invitation of participants from selected and agreed partners to the FAM tour.
  • Full coordination and support of the FAM tour.
  • Support and presentation of your products and services throughout the FAM tour.
  • Sending out follow up emails to all participants of the FAM tour and initiating a direct dialogue between you and the B2B partner in order to start direct cooperation.

    Program development
    (Within 1 week from the end of stage #2)

    Having a complete understanding of your product and objectives, we will develop a FAM tour program that will show your product from the best side.

    Selection of participants
    (Within 3 days from the date of approval of stage #3)

    Based on the business tasks you set, we will select a list of 10 relevant B2B partners, explain in detail about each and why you need them. If for some reason one or more partners do not suit you, we will replace them.

    Invitation of participants
    (Within 1 week from the date of approval of stage #4)

    The SEA Company sales department will personally invite each participant, tell about the purpose of the trip and send all the necessary preliminary materials for prompt confirmation from the partner. If for some reason one of the participants cannot go, we will promptly replace him with another relevant partner, having previously agreed with you on the replacement. Please note that we invite partners at least 2 weeks before the start of the tour, and if possible, we recommend 1 month.

    Coordination and support
    (During the whole time of stage #5 and the period of the FAM tour)

    We will take care of all the coordination, answering questions from partners and full personal support of the FAM tour.

    Reporting
    (Within 1 week after completion of the FAM tour)

    After the tour, we will send each of the participants all the necessary materials, as well as the information that the participants may additionally request during the trip, thank them for participating on your behalf and pass on further communication to you for further work. We will also provide a detailed report with all contacts and a brief protocol of what needs to be done in order to start cooperating with a partner.
