Description of the project:
When people travel they want to find a place with cozy atmosphere and comfortable conditions which set a positive mood and fill a person with energy for the whole day – a place like home. And now every visitor of Moscow has such place. In summer 2018 hotel "Unique" was opened in the courtyard of the Nikulin Circus. Due to its location hotel "Unique" is ideal both for business and leisure trips. The hotel offers 32 modern individually designed apartments.

Despite the competent format of the apart-hotel, the central location and a wide range of additional services, the occupancy of the hotel during the second half of 2018 and the first half of 2019 was low. This is mostly due to the lack of a full-time sales and marketing departments. That is why in May 2019, the hotel turned to SEA Company to solve these problems.

In the first months of cooperation, the tariff scale and the templates of documents for sales were edited, press and marketing materials were created, the hotel's OTA profiles were completely updated. SEA Company's sales department conducts daily negotiations with potential clients of various segments. Special attention is paid to corporate clients and embassies, located near the hotel. After the first few month of cooperation many contracts with business clients have been signed, that soon led to direct bookings of the hotel and high demand on its restaurant as a place for events. One of the strongest factors of rapid development was the integration of the hotel into the list of partners of the business travel agency's "Aeroclub" anniversary (only few hotels were included), which gathered more than 1 000 of its corporate clients on a single site. Also due to regular articles and reviews in the media sales from the hotel's website has increased. In a conjoint event with RATA News, the tourist segment was covered. All these activities resulted not only in high financial results, but also served as the start of the correct strategic and systematic development of the hotel.
