SEO promotion of the Glenver Garden Paveletskaya hotel website

Glenver Garden Paveletskaya 4* - is a new business hotel located in Zamoskvorechye, one of the most atmospheric and colorful districts of the center of Moscow, where the history, architecture and spirit of the "old town" harmoniously merge into the modern and elegant style of the capital of Russia. The concept of the modern Glenver Garden Paveletskaya Hotel is a blooming oasis in the center of the metropolis, where every guest can find comfort and care. The flower in the hotel's logo, consisting of 3 petals, symbolizes the past - the history of the place, the present – the comfort of the guests, and the future – the pursuit of excellence.
The hotel's infrastructure includes 230 comfortable rooms of various categories, a restaurant of signature cuisine by chef Dmitry Dorofeev "THE Garden", a concept bar "2G Bar" serving signature cocktails inspired by the history and trends of the future, a conference space with 6 multifunctional transformer halls with a total area of 488 square meters, a fitness center, a club the living room and its own pastry shop "Cake Lab.", where cakes and confectionery masterpieces are created to order.

BRIEF

The technical opening of the new hotel took place in April 2024. As with all new projects, the hotel's website required technical and content optimization in order to promote it in search engines for key high-frequency and relevant hotel search phrases. In May 2024, the management of Glenver Garden Paveletskaya turned to SEA Company for help in optimizing and promoting the hotel's website.

SOLUTION

In order to bring the new hotel website to the TOP of search engine results, as well as increase direct room bookings and sales of MICE spaces, it was decided to start work on the «SEO promotion» package.

REALISATION

At the first stage, a deep technical audit was conducted, a comparative analysis of competitors' websites based on commercial factors, and a semantic core was assembled for promotion based on the hotel's target audiences. All necessary metrics and site position tracking systems have also been configured.

The second stage was the complete content optimization of the site's pages, including the complete rewriting of text blocks, as well as the optimization of the tag structure in accordance with the agreed semantic core.

In the third and subsequent stages, monthly work was carried out on the purchase of the reference mass, the spot study of the top search engine queries, checking the correctness of the indexing of the site and making adjustments if necessary.
