DINNER EVENT FROM THE EXECUTIVE CHEF ANGEL PASCUAL WITH THE GENERAL SUPPORT BY BANK «OTKRITIE»

Description of the project:
When working out the variants of the concept of the event, the way of a gastronomic dinner was chosen. The executive chef, who embodied all the ideas, was Angel Pascual, who holds two Michelin stars. The evening menu was not only designed based on the level of awareness of the guests about the Michelin cuisine, but the partners of the event were exclusively integrated into the menu itself. So, the duck сonfit was cooked with the sauce of herbs, fruit and Beluga Gold Line vodka, and mango and jasmine panna cotta with green Newby tea.
Throughout the evening, the executive chef, who became the main moderator of the dinner, asked tricky questions to guests, and they willingly participated in it and received prizes from the partners of the event.
The general partner of the event was bank «Otkritie», the official alcohol partner was Beluga vodka, the official tea partner was Newby Teas, and the official hotel partner was Hilton Garden Inn Moscow New Riga.
