The Beach Village Resort is a family resort focused on a secluded vacation with family and friends. The number of rooms is 31 designer villas ranging from 52 to 120 sq.m. The villas are combined into 10 blocks with pools of 48 sq.m. each. The resort has a Coconut restaurant serving traditional Thai cuisine, a conference room for 50 people and a meeting room for 8 guests, as well as a rental service and a tour desk. Adhering to the format of a country residence, the resort offers personalized massage and beauty treatments, as well as individual tour services.

Oriental Beach Pearl is also focused on a secluded vacation in a club format. The project is based on the idea of a reservoir, around which an idealistic settlement is recreated without hassle and worries. The role of the unifying artery is performed by a common pool with an area of 2.5 thousand square meters.m. with fountains, waterfalls and a 62-meter water slide. The resort has 29 villas and townhouses ranging in size from 69 to 300 sq.m. with private or shared pools, roof terraces with mountain views, a hot tub, a barbecue area and sun loungers. Like The Beach Village Resort, the resort offers personalized massage and beauty treatments, as well as personalized tour service.

Hua Hin destination is extremely popular among families with children and older people from Europe and America who are looking for a calm and quiet vacation on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand. The purest water and sand, a gentle entrance to the water, the absence of loud parties – all that tourists from Russia and post-Soviet countries also love. However, the vast majority of tour operators in Russia and the CIS countries offer this direction exclusively on request, when tourists themselves request this direction – it was not found on the operators' website. Most of the guests from Russia and the CIS countries vacationing in this part of Thailand buy air tickets on their own, book accommodation on aggregators and get from the airport. And at the resorts of The Beach Village Resort and Oriental Beach Pearl, families from Western Europe mainly stay.

In the autumn of 2023, a representative of the owner of both resorts turned to SEA Company in order to increase the flow of customers from Russia and CIS countries, structure sales channels, and popularize the Hua Hin area itself.

Based on the audit of the current situation, it was decided to start work only on the package "Sales Representative in Russia & CIS".

The strategy developed by the SEA Company sales department involved several steps, the first of which was the audit of existing contracts with local DMCs through which tour operators in Russia and CIS countries load all contracted hotels and further book them. As it turned out, the resorts have never worked with the local GMC, and DMC, whose offices are located in Bangkok and Phuket, have not even heard of the existence of such resorts in Hua Hin.

At the second stage, the SEA Company sales department began parallel negotiations with key tour operators and DMC of Thailand in order to launch sales as soon as possible not only in Russia and the CIS, but also in European countries, America and other markets where there is demand for Thailand.

The third stage, after the launch of sales from the main tour operators, began an active education of travel agents through the organization of online webinars and offline sales calls to explore resorts of people who communicate directly with tourists and select for them not only hotels, but also destinations for recreation.
