On September 21, Angel Pascual, a famous Catalan executive chef awarded with Michelin stars, presented his exclusive tasting set. This time, the executive chef, who is known for his intuitive approach to gastronomy, used not only seasonal products and exclusive sauce. An unpredictable, assertive, expressive and harmoniously balanced master personally surprised the guests with a «live station» with tartars and ceviche, ravioli with buckwheat in almond sauce, beet penne with Roquefort mousse and ruccola, and many others.
The chamber atmosphere of the evening was supported by the neoclassical composer and electronic producer Nikola Melnikov, who exclusively introduced several of his songs from the new album.
Guided by the desire to use only the best in his skills, Angel Pascual created several exclusive dishes. So, guests of the evening are able to enjoy duck confit with a sauce of herbs, fruits and vodka Beluga Gold Line. In addition, the brand Beluga introduced guests an exclusive decanter Beluga Lalique, which has recently appeared on the market.
At the end of the evening the executive chef introduced two exclusive desserts to the guests, creating which he was inspired by centuries-old traditions inherent in the best blends of tea. So the first dessert was created on the basis of Newby green tea and was named «Mango and jasmine Panna cotta using Newby green tea». The second dessert the executive chef created on the basis of Newby herbal tea with taste of hibiscus, adding there mousse of mango and raspberry.
