On October 11, the first
interactive dinner was held at the Azimut Smolenskaya hotel as a master class on etiquette from the business coach, past general manager of 5-star hotels including Barvikha Luxury Village and Mistral Hotels & SPA Karsten Alberta, organized by SEA Company. The clients and partners of bank «Otkritie» were the first to get into the world of high etiquette and culture.
The event was held in the format of a cognitive quiz, where all the guests learned the rules of etiquette during the called dinner. The intrigue of the evening began when the guests were handed out branded sealed envelopes with the request to open them only with the permission of the presenter.
More than 20 tableware sets, 8 change of serving dishes and 75 questions were waiting for the guests. In addition, all the guests were divided into teams of 8 people and actively participated in the fight for the prize fund of the evening.
The evening menu was designed from special dishes, which usually cause inconvenience when you use them. So it included oysters, a crab, which required a lot of effort for the guests to enjoy, spaghetti, a lamb rack, a cheese plate and a «complex» dessert, requiring the use of a fork and a spoon. For the correct use of instruments, guests could watch online on the screen in the hall.
SEA Company promises to hold such
master classes now on a regular basis and will soon release a commercial to visualize what was heard.
