PATRIKI CLUB – FEEL THE DIFFERENCE
Spring is the right time for changes and new discoveries. A comprehensive approach to your body will help you to restore health after long winter, to gain positive energy and to be in high spirits. But the question is - where to get energy, in order not just to exist, but to live and be successful? The answer is simple. PATRIKI CLUB with its different types of yoga, pilates and incredible SPA-procedures will help to restore lost energy. And our experts are ready to investigate your particular health and mental problems and provide advice about possible solutions.

In April PATRIKI CLUB launches new regular programs and daily activities which are aimed to restore and maintain your vital energy. The Club specialists will teach you to apply knowledge and practice in everyday life. This is a new way of self-improvement that helps you to achieve your everyday goals.

APRIL courses and open lessons:

1) ART&BODY. A combination of art, meditation and coaching techniques. It is about your body that is your best work of art. As the result, you will learn how to set the right goals and find resources to achieve them. You will get rid of stiffness and discomfort when interacting with people and develop the ability of focusing on important points. Moreover you will become more enthusiastic and positive about life in general.

2) Secular meditation (including body-oriented practice). Everyone knows that meditative techniques develop calmness, confidence, mindfulness, help to understand oneself, to establish relationships and simply to remain balanced, energetic and in be in high spirits. But the main thing in meditation is that it is an excellent tool for self-exploration, including such important processes as self-knowledge and awareness. And secular meditation can be far more than a state of mind. It can actually be a way of life.

3) Functional yoga. Beautiful body. Functional yoga is all about balance of body mind and spirit and living in the moment. Whether you are a beginner, or have tried yoga in the past and are ready to get going, this course here to show you the way. This program will help to work out the muscular corset, gain mass or to lose some weight shortly before summer. Also you can get specialist`s advice concerning rational and balanced diet – how should we eat to stay fit and healthy.

PATRIKI CLUB welcomes you to these new courses as well as all beloved classes and ayurvedic programs: qigong, classical Indian raja yoga, kriya yoga, marma and shadar to relax, improve memory function and reduce depression.
